“It's a small, manageable and recently remodeled hotel. Nice gym, convenient breakfast. Nextdoor to a Starbucks. Easy to get up/down elevators quickly. Very cool, old building that has been converted so lots of character. Many places to eat/drink within walking distance. Parking is indeed a litlte tricky... in an attempt to avoid the expensive daily parking rate I was paying the parking meters off and on the entire stay. Adds a bit of needless fretting but not a huge deal. Front desk staff could……

“We stayed in a suite!! The room was far from clean with dirt on the flooring. The sofa was ripped and the back pillow coming off, and the sofa bed was disgusting. The light when you entered the room flashed like a strobe light (not good when you have a family member with epilepsy). There was mold growing under the bathroom vanity and sharp broken tiles surrounding the floor. The toilet ran all night. And the kicker of the trip, NO hot water the entire stay. And now I can’t get any type of at……

“The bathroom door lock in the room was broken, there were holes burned by smoke on the sheets, the room smelled of smoke, and the service staff had a bad attitude.”
