This is a duplex, however, no spaces are shared. Guests have access to a private fenced backyard along with their own secure garage spot for one vehicle with remote access. Additional parking in the driveway for one more car.
Nice quiet residential neighborhood close to the highway with easy access to some of Austin's iconic restaurants like:

- Kerbey Lane
- Chuy's
Along with tons of great ethnic restaurants whether you're in the mood for Indian, Chinese, Vietnamese Korean!
The highway is also very close. In just one minute, you'll be driving on 183/Research Blvd and off to your next destination.
Consumables:
We include a reasonable starter amount of toilet paper, paper towels, and other consumables like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish detergent, and laundry detergent. Beyond the starter package, our guests are expected to manage their refills.
Security Cameras:
For the safety of both guests and the property, we have exterior cameras actively recording video and audio of the porch, exterior parking, and front door. Guests staying 30 days or more can request access to the cameras for their extended stay. Guests are not to disable or interfere with the broadcast of the cameras and are at risk of forfeiting their stay. No tampering. Unless there is excessive activity, cameras are not constantly monitored.

Our plants give our space life! Please help us keep them alive by watering once a week!
Verification Portal:
To keep everything secure and smooth, we might ask for a government-issued ID, a confirmation of your contact details, a matching credit card, and possibly a quick background check.
Don’t worry—your information is only used for verification and isn’t stored.
By booking, you agree to our rental terms, provide the necessary documents before check-in, and understand that check-in details will be sent after we complete the verification.
We'll also place a temporary hold of $500 on your credit card as a security deposit. This hold is just a pre-authorization and will be released automatically within 2 days after check-out, as long as everything goes smoothly.
Pest Control:
We also perform regular pest control to keep the space comfortable, but since we’re close to nature, you might occasionally encounter a critter or two.
Pet Fee/s:
We’re happy to welcome pets! The pet fee is $100 for one pet for the entire stay. If you’re bringing a second pet, please let us know in advance—an additional fee of $50 applies for short-term stays or $100 for long-term stays. Unauthorized pets will incur a $300 charge per pet. Thanks for understanding!
Late Check-Out Policy:
Late check-out requests are subject to approval and must be made at least one day before your scheduled check-out. The rate for approved late check-outs will be charged as a percentage of your nightly rate. Please note that unauthorized late check-outs will incur a fee of $50 per hour.
Utility Cap:
For stays of 14 nights or longer, there is a utility cap of $300 per month (covering gas, water, and electricity combined). This is a generous allowance for a home of this size, and in most cases, guests remain well within the limit. In the rare event of usage exceeding this cap, overages may be charged separately.
To keep our home well-maintained and comfortable for every guest, we work with professional service providers. During your stay, you may notice them taking care of the following:
- Pest Control: Routine treatments to keep the home pest-free.
- Landscaping: Keeping the outdoor spaces clean and inviting.
- Trash Service: Managing waste to ensure everything stays neat.

All guests are required to fill out a renter's agreement, upload their ID to confirm the reservation, and pay a $500.00 refundable security deposit.
The easiest way to reach the property is by car. Conveniently located near major highways, it's a straightforward drive from downtown Austin, Pflugerville, and other nearby areas. If you're flying in, Austin-Bergstrom International Airport is approximately 25–30 minutes away by car. Ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are readily available in the area for added convenience.
