"This property is amazing! A little slice of heaven. We really enjoyed our stay here. Close to everything on wild dunes. Short shaded walk to the beautiful beach, comfortable beds and linens. We enjoyed seeing all the wildlife such as deer, osprey, turtles, pelicans, sand pipers and more! The pool was a nice change up from the beach. 2 min walk to rent some bikes and explore the area. Tastefully decorated and 5 star comfort. Loved the big living room window that offers a lot of privacy...

"We had a great 3-day weekend at Beach Club Villas 32. The layout of the condo is great. Only constructive feedback to offer is that the 2 king mattresses need replacing. (We did not use the 3rd bedroom.) Overall great spring weekend getaway."

The condo was perfectly clean, furnished tastefully and comfortably, and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. "Very well appointed beach view property close to Charleston. The property is exactly as listed on line. Both the deck and the porch were wonderful to sit on when not at the beach. A very short walk to the beach which was beautiful and not at all crowded this time of year. Check in/out was very easy and the home was spotless upon our arrival. Would highly recommend."

Short walk to the little town of Folly Beach as well as the beach. My favorite touch - toilet paper, paper towels, soaps etc. were provided to get you started! Hosts were very reachable to communicate with."

"This is an older beach cottage, right across the street from beach access. Great location, easy check in, clean and had plenty of towels and kitchen stuff to use. The furniture is tired and appliances are old, but everything worked."

"This unit was in a great location close to restaurants and across the street from the beach. It was clean and very spacious. The floor is coming up in spots so you do need to be careful walking barefoot. Parking is less than ideal. You are told where to park but it is really a free for all with other guests. You keep your fingers crossed that you have a place to park if you go anywhere and come back."

"We really enjoyed our stay at The Iris. We stayed in a superior suite which was bright and light and with all that we needed for four nights. It turned out we were in a great area with lots of delicious dining options and a short walk from King Street which is the Main Street in Charleston. We walked everywhere. We would totally recommend and would come back if we visit Charleston again. "

The pool & beach views are incredible and the home is clean, with a ton of space for a friends or couple weekend or a family trip. We did not want to leave!!!
