「This is a beautiful 3 BR apt in the city with amazing views and walking access to the city, shops, restaurants, and waterfront. The apt was really nice, clean and spacious for 6 adults. I would highly recommend staying at this apt during your vacation on Sao Miguel!」

「The apartment was much brighter than the pics might have you believe and the location was great if you have a car - right on the beach with easy access to the entire island as the motorway runs just on the other side - snacks and dinner walkable but so easy to drive too. Would definitely stay here again.」

They were very accommodating with early check in given we had a 625am arrival. The location is well suited to explore the island. Elisabete provided great recommendations for sightseeing and dining. 」

We came for a few days for our honeymoon and Sara was even kind enough to give us a welcoming treat! We could not have asked for a better place to stay in Ponta Delgada. Be sure to check out the restaurant downstairs to the left of the apartment! They were very kind to us and had wonderful food. Muito Obrigada Sara!」

「Our stay at BRUM Apartments was great! The hosts are very responsive, the apartment was is great condition - very clean and comfortable and it is located in a quiet and safe area in the city center. We will consider staying here again!」

「Nice clean modern condo. The Good: like new, modern, most amentities provided. Good WiFi and good location walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Felt very safe and secure with indoor, private parking and gated parking lot. The Not So Good: not exactly a " Beach Villa". Felt and looked very insitiutuonal. Could use a couple simple things in the kitchen like spatula, scissors, and basics like salt and pepper. Woke to the sound of dogs barking every morning. Even though it was not...

「Lovely property, spacious, fully equipped with great views and a luxury feel. Very well positioned for exploring the island, central to all the beaches and mountain attractions such as thermal pools and lakes and only 10min drive to the best surfing beaches.」

Good location to explore the rest of island. 4 km from Ponta Delgada. There are foot trails along the ocean most of the way, makes for a scenic running/walking route. Safe and secure. Near grocery stores.」
