「This is the BEST hotel I’ve ever stayed at in Terceira and I’ve been visiting family there for 50+ years. The views are astounding, the salt water pool is clean and relaxing, the fellow guests are interesting and kind, and the staff are incredible. Diana and Tomas made us feel so welcome and were so helpful while we were there. The mattress and bathroom were so comfy and modern we felt comfortable and happy to spend nights in at times. 「I was charged to my credit card $289.65 with no receipt to show what I was paying for. I emailed them and they told me it was for consumption. I didn't order any food because they had free breakfast. These people are cheating the clients. Expedia should take them off their website as one of the properties to stay at. If i was cheated how many mote people have they cheated.」
