“Rooms resembled university halls. No one cleaned our room overnight. Poor condition throughout.”

“I think a lot of people has reviewed on this. But I can only said air conditioning system issue need to be fix. Otherwise it is hard for other customer wants to stay. It is summer time and the air conditioning system not work. All you got is a fan will only have little help. Can you imagine stay in the room with 27C? And there is not compensation. Charging almost 100 pound per night, and it is the sleep environment we got.”

“In the interest of fairness I have stayed at this hotel before and I had a much better stay… won’t be going back. This time i was given a room in an annex to the property. It was the hottest night of the year and none of the windows in the room would stay open – the window framed looked rotten and locks didn’t work.The room was boiling and the fan was plugged right over the other side of the room and so was useless. The plug sockets either side of the bed were not UK standard so I couldn’t……
