“I will prefer staying in Atlantis, not this hotel. This hotel must need renovations, the AC is very noisy, room is dirty, the bathroom door cannot be shut properly, need to walk a long hallway to the lifts
It is not worth at this high price of USD 900 2 nights”

“Riu was an exceptional stay! Service was great, food was delicious, the events they had were fun, drinks were tasty. The resort was in a prime location as well! However, Riu doesn’t have an openly available transport so you will likely rely on taxis to get around if you plan to go far- bring cash.”

“Housekeeping on this property is outstanding. Reception was not friendly, restaurants had below average food quality. The location is great for walkability and had a lovely stretch of beach.”

“We had a terrible room looking at a fence. Shower above sounded like a freight train, AC the same. `Asked for another room, said were full, they were not. Of 250 rooms we got one of a few with no view, We wonder if it was we got a better rate Expedia we got a poor quality room ”
