「I will prefer staying in Atlantis, not this hotel. This hotel must need renovations, the AC is very noisy, room is dirty, the bathroom door cannot be shut properly, need to walk a long hallway to the lifts It is not worth at this high price of USD 900 2 nights」

「It was ok. Hut tube out of service, gym outdated with broken equipment, very crowded pool and beach area. Some staff members were amazing with exceptional customer service skills like Romell. Very friendly, genuinely welcoming, while others have an attitude and look bothered. Food is so so. It was not what I was expecting from a Riu. 」
