“Room was clean. Facilities were nice and clean. They kept running out of towels at the pool and water park. Front desk staff was generally not helpful and frequently locked us out of our room due to an issue with our card even though I asked to prepay and authorize extra amounts for room service, etc, so that was frustrating. Overall the trip was good but I would not visit again.”

“You get what you pay. While certainly not the most expensive 5 star facility, it was still well appointed with a high level of service. The included private car transport from and to the airport was a nice touch.”

“I will prefer staying in Atlantis, not this hotel. This hotel must need renovations, the AC is very noisy, room is dirty, the bathroom door cannot be shut properly, need to walk a long hallway to the lifts It is not worth at this high price of USD 900 2 nights”

“The Beach was beautiful and swimmable. The hotel anticipated and met your every need and desire. Everything was convenient. The staff was so helpful and accommodating. They were pleasant polite and went out of their way to make the guest happy and comfortable and able to do what they wanted to do on their vacations. I would return for sure.”
