“Had a great time. Loved the resort & staff. Just wished the shuttle service between properties was not so confusing. You role see the property your going to listed on the top of the shuttle & then the driver tells you “no, not going there” and a few of those drivers were really rude. Not all of them but we did have a few that were. P”

“I will prefer staying in Atlantis, not this hotel. This hotel must need renovations, the AC is very noisy, room is dirty, the bathroom door cannot be shut properly, need to walk a long hallway to the lifts It is not worth at this high price of USD 900 2 nights”

“The property needs maintenance overhaul. We had no issues with our room but we heard other guest complaining about their rooms. The buffet and the Jerk food at the pool was the highlight. The specialty dinning needs more choices earlier time slots. The entertainment was just average, but that group worked hard everynight.”
