“Extremely disappointed with our stay at The Reef Atlantis. This was our first visit, and unfortunately it will also be our last. The biggest issue was the room service. It was absolutely horrendous. The food was cafeteria quality, and every order took anywhere from 45 minutes to over an hour to arrive. The staff answering the room service phone were consistently rude, and they often failed to prepare the food the way we requested. Our first room was completely unacceptable. It smelled strongly……

“You get what you pay. While certainly not the most expensive 5 star facility, it was still well appointed with a high level of service. The included private car transport from and to the airport was a nice touch.”

“I will prefer staying in Atlantis, not this hotel. This hotel must need renovations, the AC is very noisy, room is dirty, the bathroom door cannot be shut properly, need to walk a long hallway to the lifts It is not worth at this high price of USD 900 2 nights”

“Quetel the receptionist was fantastic, got a room issue cleared up. Bartenders were very good. Be careful renting b harborview suites, there are no windows to open or a balcony. Room is bigger and bathroom luxurious, but at the expense of no view. We wanted the air and balcony.”
