「The hotel looked nice, at first. They are under remodeling and the carpet in the hallway and elevator floors could use a sweeping and wipe down the ugly smears on the elevator walls. Our room was nice but a little more attention to the entry and bathroom floor would have been nice. The bathroom was out of Kleenex and the body wash would not pump to use. The breakfast selection was good but, the attendant was in the backroom and what ever she was playing was louder than the TV in the...

「The hotel was really nice ---- very clean, very friendly staff, good breakfast, and the hotel adjoins a lovely lake and walking trail. On the day we were there, the hotel was celebrating Mother Goose Day and was giving out food to feed the ducks and geese at the Lake. A really fun surprise. We will definitely stay there again!」

「When we arrived we found out our reservation was no longer available. It was for a ADA room that we needed. Because it was late and we'd been on the road all day, we agreed to a room change. The room was on the 4th floor and you had to go through the lobby, elevator to 4th floor, outside to get to the room. Had difficulty opening the door because the carpeting is so high. The room appeared OK, except for the loose toilet seat. I had on white socks and by the time I reached the back of the room...
