On a hot summer days, the pool close at 8 pm? Too early! Also, lack of toilet paper, half roll daily? Ridiculous. Checkout counter only have 2 staffs. Need to wait for and lineup for checkout.

第二次入住，跟4年前一樣，只是因為位置5星，距離ploenchit bts 3分鐘步程，酒店其他各方面勉強4星。 凌晨航班到達check in, 前台男職員不太禮貌 不耐煩，印象很差，整體夜間前台職員都欠缺禮貌。 日間員工很好很正常，特別餐廳那位Narumol小姐。 房間老舊，優點有陽台，冷氣夠冷，但室外壓縮機加上車聲非常吵，幸好玻璃門隔音不錯。 房間風筒很垃圾，長髮自備較好。 泳池略細但使用的人不多，但員工很好有笑容及禮貌，主動協助。 餐廳位置不多，連住6天早餐變化不大，幾乎沒有變。 這個質素 連早餐 4千泰銖一晚略貴。

Nice staying at Grand centrepoint ploenchit hotel. Room co mndition and the space given was.good for family of 4. Compared with adjacent area like Chitlom, Ploenchit doesn't have shops, like massage and convenience store to visit nearby so that we had to walk or take BTS to Chitlom or Siam but still it was good enough staying there for the money and comfort given.
