Excellent apartment, conveniently located in heart of Bangkok. The people who run the apartment building are very helpful and speak good English. The pictures on the website accurately reflect the apartment. I would have no problem recommending this to others.

Everything was good, except the contact info for the host, The first night I had a taxi driver from

Everything was good, except the contact info for the host, The first night I had a taxi driver from Bkk airport, driving me around everywhere, telling me he cannot find the place, He charged me a ridiculous amount for the fair, and dropped me off at a very expensive hotel ( Jasmine Resort Hotel ), Which charged me 6290 baht for one night, and I checked in at 2:30 am, and they told me check out was at 12 noon same day ? I believe the taxi driver got a cutt from this scam ? Most taxi drivers have their meters turned off, or change the amount you pay while you are driving, I learned that later in Bangkok, just a word of advice, take a picture with your phone of their license plate, and if they have their taxi id number up on the dash ? Write that down also, report it the transportation bearue, The host phone number was not correct, I tried to go to Homeway.com or travelmob.com, But could not get information for the hotel I prepaid for, So I looked up on line at the expensive hotel (Jasmine Resort), and just typed the name of the hotel I was supposed to be at, And finally got a hold of someone in the hotel Next day I had taken taxi there, Overall ? Hotel was great, staff were awsome, resteraunts and nearness of it all was great But the host was MIA ( missing in action), he contacted me later ? Via gmail, but I had my hotel attempt to call him my first day there, and they varified the issues, and posted their own reveiws ad well

A very nice apt, clean, well inventoried with essentials, modern, and in a fairly convenient location (about 10 min walk to BTS or bldg free shuttle every 30 min). However, we were really shaken by the operator's last minute cancellation of our second set of dates at the location within 2 weeks of travel in peak season and more than a month after we have made full payment. To be told there was a "double booking" (read: you're bumped coz I found another client) as the only excuse was pretty jarring. So be aware and beware.

I've been travelling to Thailand for many years and this is by far the best place i've stayed at all

I've been travelling to Thailand for many years and this is by far the best place i've stayed at all those years. I stayed there with my girlfriend for one week. It's clean, spacious and cozy. Everything you need is right there.. your gym, pool..even the basketball court is great. 7-11 is just a couple of steps away and taking a taxi won't take you longer as a minute orso. They drive by all the time. Suphathep and his team are all very friendly and will help you in any way possible. Need a place to stay in Bangkok? Just book this place. We are going back for sure.

Nice accommodation, comfortable beds, kitchenette equipped with pots, pans, utensils, stove, fridge, etc. Niice bg bath to soak in and rain shower, great pool and gym - as well as pool table - on 30/31 floor (amazing view). Flat screen tv. Exactly as advertised and everything in excellent condition. Host was easy to communicate with and very helpful. Had a bit of difficulty finding it -- taxi drivers seem unfamliar with the area but not really that complicated! From Sukhumvit Rd take Soi 39, turn left on Phrom Chit.
