「The place looked exactly like the pictures and instructions were very clear about checking in and out. Sonya was great! Clearly provided all the information needed and very quick to respond. Would absolutely stay again!」

TVs were equipped with all the popular apps ready to use. We plan on coming back in the summer and will definitely check for availability here. Thank you for all your hospitality. 「Our stay was very nice. We felt safe in the house because of the off street parking, and multiple locked doors. The stairs up to the room were a little tricky to use. The neighborhood made me feel a little weary, but the street this listing was on felt safer than the others. Overall, the place served our purpose for our stay, and it was enjoyable and homey.」

「I and my adult son and our two dogs stayed at this listing for two nights in early December 2023. It's for a quick first visit to NYC for my son, and a short break from work for me. Everything in this listing was great, except for one thing. It's difficult to sleep, or to stay asleep, for both nights of our stay because of the noise from the unit directly above. The sound the feet of whoever in that unit made was so loud that it's impossible to ignore. It's not the fault of the hosts, of course,...

「The unit is extremely close to the Prudential Center. Host was extremely quick to answer any questions I had. The unit was clean and came with pretty much anything you could need to show up with just clothes and groceries.」

「Host had double booked using multiple calendars. I found this out 1 hour before we were supposed to arrive and 1 hour after our check in time. Customer service was also not helpful and didn’t call me back. Thankfully I did get refunded but had to scramble to find something as an alternative day of which is always a more pricey endeavor. I will not be using VRBO again thanks to this listing and my experience. 」

「Had an issue with my first stay that was resolved while I was there. During the second stay, I noticed that the apartment could do with an overall deep clean and there was a linger smell in the bathroom.」
