「Clean room and very nice staff outdoor pool and ocean view」

「Great location right on the beach. Pool was clean and clear. Staff was always there if you needed anything at all. Our second time here.」

「Breakfast was included and nice to have but more variety would have been nice.」

「Good position」

「It is ok if you are not handicapped. My mother had a walker and was unable to get to the beach, no ramps only stairs. They were unable to get her a bath chair. There was no phone in the room. Staff was friendly. You get what you pay for.」

「Staff dont know anything about customer service」

「Do not stay here. We checked in and immediately left and got a refund. Nasty and they didn’t even have power, and still wanted us to stay. 0/10. Mold in the A/C, bathroom was falling apart, nasty beds.」

「I’m really happy we ended up getting a room with pool access, it just makes things a bit easier. We had an awesome time. It was right after the hurricane but everything was working great when we arrived Sunday night. It was really nice to just be able to sit and relax or walk over to pier park. I really loved being that close to the shops and food. It’s really great to be able to just walk over rather than getting in the car every single time. Everyone was so nice and it was just a lovely place...

「We enjoyed our stay. The staff was lovely. The bathrooms could use updating, but we had everything we needed. It was right after the hurricane, so pool was as messed up, but they got it going before we left. Best feature- the beach… just gorgeous.」

「The place was nice and well equipped. But the hotel was dangerous after midnight. You could hear gunshots in the parking lot and in the interior in the hallways. This continued throughout the night and early morning and was very disturbing.」
