"For a last minute trip this ended up being a good place to stay right on the beach and close to EVERYTHING in Neptune Beach. Looking at the place when arriving we thought maybe we made a mistake booking it because it looked a little like a rode side motel that just happened to be on the beach. But once we got a look at our 2nd story room it was very clean and had a nice view of the pool, the sand dunes, and the ocean behind it. The Good: The staff was VERY nice and helpful. You are close to the beach and they provide nice beach towels for you. There is an outdoor shower to clean off after a day at the beach before you go back to your room. The fridge in the room was a little larger than your normal hotel room cube fridge. We did not visit the restaurant/bar but it seemed very busy and people were having fun. Big positive - you are right next to the best restaurants in Neptune Beach. The Not-So Good and improvements needed: The place could use a paint job and modernization to have it not look like a rode side motel. There is no elevator or luggage lift to the second floor so you have to lug your luggage up a flight of stairs with a landing. The TV is small and the remote was a little gross as the channel button would stick when changing channels. Recommendations: Choose the first floor as you can walk in and out of your beachfront patio to access the pool and beach where the 2nd floor is much more work to get to your room."

"The condo was good. The umbrella was broken so we had no shade at the pool or the beach. I like they provided boogie boards umbrellas pool toys etc. so we were bummed when our umbrella was broken lol. We did struggle a little with the lock on the door.Easy access to the beach. And easy access to the gate. The beach view here is beautiful! We meet some nice people here. I would recommend it."
