“We were in San Diego to explore colleges with our son and to get to know the area to see if our son could see himself living here. The cottage was a great location to be able to visit colleges and get an idea of what it could be like to live in the San Diego area. The cottage itself was walkable to restaurants, the beach and markets and centrally located to visit other areas by car. While there is noise from the airport and the street, it didn't bother us as we took it to be part of the city……

“The property was as depicted in photos and descriptions. Was clean and everything worked fine. Great location, steps from the beach but not too much loud foot traffic passing by the patio. Only a few blocks walk to the the PB stuff, but far enough where you don’t hear the bar crowds. Garage is convenient, but is small and tough to get into, so you better have a small car. Street parking in the area is available, but not always easy to find. Nice spot and would definitely consider staying there……

“What a lovely cottage. It's truly one of the first places I've stayed at where the description matched the experience. I'm from New England so I really can appreciate the antique rustic beach charm paired with modern necessities. It was lovely. Property manager was very present and communicable. We had an issue with the oven and she was right on it with a repair man. Location was nice. Only thing that stinks but was mentioned in other reviews is the parking. Here's the deal. “It was a great little place to stay! Of course we were there when it was really hot, so AC would have been nice, but overall the experience was great. ”

“This tastefully decorated charming cottage was just as depicted in the listing (minus firepit in backyard). Kitchen is small but well stocked with good quality cookware and appliances. Street parking was usually easy to come by right in front of house. Drive to everything we wanted to see was easy and usually took 15-20 minutes. Walking distance to fun restaurants and ocean views. Front and rear gardens are beautiful. Beds were comfortable and cotton sheets especially nice. Things to be aware……
