"Kitchen table was sticky. Couldn’t get it clean. Lounge chairs broken, good ones had no cushions, this is an OLD Florida motel. Small things like bath toiletries, paper towels, tissue paper, shampoo not provided. The price was very expensive but is founded on the old adage “location, location, location”. It I right on the beach, centrally located where all the action is. The price for the condition of the place makes this a last “resort” on your list.The access to the beach and restaurants was a plus."

"One of the cleanest hotels in the usa. Unfortunately, the rooms are connected to other rooms on both side and the front door of 202 or 203 needs replacing. Maintenance attempted to cover the damage door with a metal plate but left a “V” shaped open hole in the door. Room appears to have been broken into. Otherwise, great food, bar, pool and awesome staff. Maintenance needs to replace all the broken doors not Jimmy up with metal. Mandatory Valet!!"

"The staff was lovely. I was stranded-in a way due to my friend caught in PA snow. The front desk let me store my belongings until the room was ready. Cons: 1. there is no elevator, getting luggage up and down lots of steps could be a challenge. 2. The room was only ok. Bedding was old, as was the actual bed. 3. Shower and bathroom were not the best Pros:1. Room was clean 2. The grounds were pretty. Pool was nice 3. Location is excellent ! It is beach block. Lots of restaurants. Why someone doesn't do some upgrades to this place, I am not sure. It could be a gold mine."

"I was not happy with this day I didn't like it. It was very rude people that was working in there. Also the front desk was so rude. People were had a attitude for no reason got stuck in the elevator I got stuck on the beach the water was all messed up on the sink in the shower. "
