“The staff at this hotel are great. They kept us informed and were polite the entire time. Check-in is rough, though. If you show up a little early, you're not getting in. I realize they are a busy hotel, but we'd been in the car for 7 hours and while the staff were very cordial, the policy seemed a bit too rigid. There was a point where plenty of guests were sitting in the lobby almost like at a doctor's appointment, waiting to be called for their room. Again, this isn't the fault of the staff.……

“Our room was clean and nice. However, just walking through the hallways, the floors were dirty and needed to be swept. It gave a negative impression of the hotel at first sight. The air conditioning in our room did not work and it was 80 degrees in there. It took the staff a while to find us a new room, but they did upgrade to a larger room, which was the proper response for our inconvenience and was appreciated. Even the hallways on the upper floors were hot. Those were our only complaints.……
