Unser Zimmer war schlecht gemacht und es sah so aus, als wäre die Bettwäsche überhaupt nicht gewechselt worden, was wirklich inakzeptabel ist. Während unserer Reise durch Schottland haben wir in insgesamt fünf verschiedenen Premier Inn Hotels übernachtet. In allen anderen waren wir sehr zufrieden, sowohl was Sauberkeit als auch Komfort anging. Dieses Hotel hingegen war……

“First impressions were not great and it was downhill from there. No greeting, were made to feel we were interrupting the receptionist and we were told that because there were two bus groups staying the night that it might be a problem having breakfast when we wanted in the morning. While our room was clean, it was akin to a motel room, almost identical to the actual motel room we stayed elsewhere the next night. The property feels tired, long overdue for a facelift. Breakfast was a waste of……

“Impressive ! Phone line reachable & able to help bçs my flight delay 9hrs. Driving 270Km, I was 5min late, staff no complaint even they said wait me till 11:00pm ! Spaces room. Grand hotel inside both paintings, furniture with good match. Like stay at a small castle. Traditional Scottish restaurant, cosy, good food. Friendly greeting staffs. Big laund in front ... so good!”

“The property was located about 10 minutes from train station-very convenient. The room was small but very clean. Housekeeping came in daily. The one concern was the hot water which very hot. Possibility of scalding if not careful.”
