Well trained staff . Attention to detail, very accommodating

This is a beautiful hotel in a great location, but construction can be very disruptive during the day, and I would not wholeheartedly recommend staying here yet. When I checked in someone showed me the room, but I called him back because I could not get the remotes for the air-conditioning and TV to work. (Only Chinese TV channels, by the way.) For two days the room was stuck at 25 degrees Celsius, and it was uncomfortably warm because the bedding is very heavy. Finally I complained again and...

Very good stay for the family, everyone praised the room and the in room amenities. Although some of the interactive tech is a bit confusion for the adults, but definitely fun for the kids. Love to stay here again given any chance revisit to BJ

The stay was pleasant.

Location is convenient. Friendly staff and excellent services. Will definitely stay there again during next visit to Beijing

Excellent location with local food surrounded in walkable distance. Clean properties, facilities are well equipped, bed quality can be more confortable.

Amazing experience! The terrace under the glass house is really an unique experience. So impressed with the innovation and the architectural designs in making a terrace indoors.

it was a nice experience staying at this hotel in this vibrant area in beijing. it is just next to taikoo li sanlitun. the staff are very nice and helpful, trying to address our needs. it is unfortunate that when i was in beijing, a no. of tourist attractions were closed due to the extreme weather - huge wind, otherwise my trip would be perfect. i highly recommend this hotel to other tourists.

Great!

The Hotel is situated in Guomao, connected by shopping malls to China World Trade Center. There are many shops and restaurants nearby, including Beersmith, a gastropub for a cold brew and some excellent bar food. The rooms are neat and airy, with large windows and comfortable amenities. Bathrooms are clean, with top-quality toiletries. This is a perfect hotel for all sorts, from casual visitors to business travelers.

Can't believe we were staying in the same hotel as the British Prime Minister during his visit to China. It's definitely a smart choice. Great location with easy access to everywhere. Lots of choices for good food and wine within the complex and a covered walkway to malls, which is key during this freezing winter season. We stayed at the club floor which is highly recommended with made to order breakfast, snacks all day and a highly delicious buffet cocktail from 5:30 to 7:30pm where you could...
