"Originally they put us in the old section of the hotel, which smelled the smoke and dirty. But the next day they moved us to the new section and the rooms are very nice. The breakfast buffet was good. But the pool and the weight gym was under construction."

"I had a great time staying at the Regent Beijing. The staff were wonderful and making sure everything was perfect. The hotel location is just next to Dengshikou station and being able to just walk over to Wangfujing was incredibly convenient. Highly recommend it if you want a hassle-free trip!"

"A very comfortable hotel conveniently close to the airport, with a good frequent and free shuttle. (I used the shuttle, but it would also be possible to walk if one only had light luggage). The bedroom was spacious and quiet, and I got a good night's sleep. The only downside is that the food in the hotel cafe and restaurant is a rather limited and definitely overpriced, so bringing your own snack and drinks would be a good option."

"The front desk and maintenance people were excellent. The facilities need to be improved. 1. The safety deposit box didn’t work well despite crews coming 3x to fix it. 2. The bathroom door was heavy and wouldn’t close well. 3. Communication was very difficult since restaurant people couldn’t speak English."
