“Amazing family time! We arrived to a delicious meal ready and waiting for us. The property is as stated with and the hospitality is wonderful. We are surprised by reading a prior guest review because the beach is beautiful and sunrise is breathtaking - I guess its about who you are with. We kayaked in front of the beach house and went snorkeling to Hol Chan Marine Reserve nearby. Secret beach is also highly recommended. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will be back soon.”

“Quiet, cozy, and comfortable! One of very few locally owned places and Francis and family are amazing. Very welcoming and helpful! The AC worked great, the bayside view was amazing waking up to the sounds of all the birds in the mangroves. It’s close enough to get into town quick but far enough away to relax. They provide bikes for all guests which makes seeing the island much easier! Would recommend 100/100 and will be back to stay on my next visit. ”

“Great hospitality from Carlos, Lucita, and Izer. Would come again! We enjoyed fishing right off the doc and getting the fish cooked for dinner. Overall the house was comfortable, well stocked, kids loved playing corn hole and the kayaks and pool. We did fishing, snorkeling, and scuba activities and were able to see sharks, rays, and more. Def rent the golf cart to get around and bring lots of bug spray for the mosquitos. The trip to secret beach and Caye Caulker was fun too. There is definitely……

“We stayed for 5 nights in this beautiful house right on the beach. Our children (6,9,11) loved going outside the back door and playing in the water, the sand, and lounging in the hammock. The water is pretty shallow a good ways out and the waves are gently. There are beach toys and snorkel gear available as well as a boat and life jackets.This private beach access is hard to beat. There are only two real beds, so one of our children slept on the couch. There is also an air mattress that we……

“We were welcomed by the staff and the stay was peaceful. The bed was uncomfortably hard but I moved to the soft futon. ”

“The top floor studio was everything we could have asked for with my wife and I staying there for 5 days. The property itself was well maintained and the top floor view was unbelievable. Bikes were a great help to explore the north side of the island. It is the quiet side but an easy pontoon ride from the water taxi to the southside's abundance of restaurants and nightlife. Loved it and would recommend!”
