「The view from the room was terrific, and there was easy access to the water. Floaties and kayaks were available to use. The food was okay. (I’m vegetarian, so all I had was fresh juice and grilled cheese, and the bread was decent.) 」

「Large, beautifully designed and maintained property— both landscaping and architecture. Vistas of the water and access to it are excellent. Very clean. Very comfortable. Excellent food and service. Staff was kind and helpful. We did have a plumbing issue in our room. But staff attended to it immediately and fixed it. Proximity to the Piedra del Peñol couldn’t be better. It’s a bit outside Guatape, but readily accessible via Tuk-Tuk. 」

「I stayed for 2 nights at El Pescador Guatape. The appartment was well maintained and located just out of the center of Guatape. The contact with Juan (host) was very easy and he had good suggestion for activities and dinner places. Overall great experience. 」
