OVERVIEW: Newly remodeled condo at Sea Colony in Bethany Beach, the best family beach community on Delmarva. Sea Colony has been named "The Premier Family, Beach and Tennis Community". This beautiful condo is ocean front, beach front and ready for fun and relaxation! Incredible views up and down the beach, and the easiest beach and pool access you will find.

ACCOMMODATIONS: Our lovely condo is completely renovated, state of the art. Featuring blue tile floors, modern open kitchen with stone countertops, bathrooms fit with tile and glass, and new furnishings with fresh colors to create a clean and relaxing atmosphere. Check out our photos to get a true feel. We are on the second floor of Dover House (the mostly desirable of the complex) with a balcony overlooking the promenade, dunes and wide stretch of beach and ocean.

The living room and master bedroom have flat screen TVs and DVD players and free WIFI throughout.
The kitchen has everything you will need including regular and Keurig coffee makers. We supply paper goods.
Full size washer and dryer are included.
202 Dover comes with a covered assigned parking space under the building. Guest parking is available in the lot. Bike racks are located under the building so you can bring your bike or rent one in town.

BEACH/OCEAN: Owners and guests have access to a half mile of private guarded beach on the Atlantic ocean. From 202 Dover, you will be a few steps away from either beach or pool. Our lifeguards are award winning professionals. In the summer, umbrellas and beach chairs are available for rent on the beach with personal set-up, or you can bring your own.

SEA COLONY COMPLEX: The Sea Colony Resort has a wide range of amenities including 24 hour security, beautiful landscaping, 12 pools (two indoor pools with hot tubs and sauna, open all year),and the brand new Freeman Fitness Center with fully equipped workout rooms and a variety of fitness classes. There is also a second fitness center on the ocean side.
The Sea Colony Tennis Program is rated among the top in the nation and was rated 19th in the world by Tennis Resorts. It has 34 well lit courts plus eight indoor courts in the new tennis complex. Clinics, camps and lessons by teaching professionals for all levels of experience are offered year round.
Sea Colony also organizes summer weekly events such as bingo, sand castle contests, concerts, camp fires on the beach and other family-oriented activities which are a lot of fun! There are playgrounds, basketball courts and walks to stroll or jog.

TOWN OF BETHANY: The town of Bethany is called "The Quiet Resort" and is located a half mile north by the beach or road. It's a nice 15 minute walk or a 5 minute bike ride. You will enjoy walking along the beach to town any time of the day.
Try one of the excellent restaurants, stroll the boardwalk, and play mini-golf. Sample the best fudge around and enjoy beach treats to your heart's content. Maureen's Ice Cream Parlor is one of our favorites. Also, we post a list of recommended restaurants in the condo with our personal evaluation. The independent bookstore in town has great mysteries and lots of local authors. The bandstand on the boardwalk has entertainment throughout the summer. If you like to shop, there are lots of nice shops.
It is a true family atmosphere.

LOCAL ADVENTURES: For those who like to explore, Delaware Sea Shore State Park is 5 minutes to the south. If you keep south another 15 minutes, you will find Ocean City MD with a full array of vacation activities, attractions, dining and night life.
If you head north about 25 minutes, you will find Rehoboth Beach which has a flavor of its own. The Rehoboth Outlets have unending shops with tax free purchasing for those who love to shop.
Also the Cape May-Lewes Ferry is a great trip to the iconic Cape May New Jersey, but it is a full day's trip and you probably won't want to leave your perfect spot for that long.

All-in-all, this is a marvelous vacation location! We hope you will enjoy it as much as our family does.
