This property was perfect for our weekend getaway to Bethany, especially the ocean view! It was great to wake up to a sunrise each morning. Deanna was very responsive, the unit was clean & well stocked. Highly recommend!

Well kept and equipped apt, tastefully decorated and with a beautiful view of the ocean. One negative tho was that the linens were washed with a fabric softener which had a strong odor. Would stay here again tho prefer a higher floor for maximum quiet.

Awesome property that was exactly as pictured and described. Very well equipped and left us wanting nothing else! Views were amazing and watching a winter sunrise while staying warm and comfy on the sofa was perfect! We highly recommend and would go back anytime!

Condo was great. Beautiful view of the ocean very clean and comfortable. Location is perfect right in center of Sea Colony buildings with beach and pools right outside your door. Deanna the owner was on top of everting from start to finish and had everything organized for an easy, stressless trip for our family. We will be back!

The condo is nicely decorated and very clean and well maintained. The owner is a pleasure to deal with. The bed is very comfortable. The condo centrally located in the Sea Colony complex, and the covered parking is a plus. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this unit.

This condo is amazing. The layout was perfect for us with upgraded kitchen and bathrooms and a fantastic view on the 2nd floor - also very convenient to assigned parking space. The condo was clean and beautifully appointed with a relaxed beach ambiance. The amenities at Sea Colony are wonderful and we love the private beach accessibility. We took advantage of the beach, the pools, hot tub/sauna, tennis and cycling on the local cycling paths/trails and in Cape Henlopen. Many excellent restaurants within walking distance or short drive away. Perfect stay for a couple. Thank you so much - we will be back.

This very livable, well appointed property delivered just the respite we were looking for. It has a wonderful ocean view from the whole living area, including the terrace. We watched the waves, walked the beach, hiked a local trail and sampled great restaurants (the host's recommendations were excellent). Nice off-season vibe with no crowds, no traffic and no need for dinner reservations. A success all around.

First and foremost, the location is unbeatable—just steps away from the beautiful beach. We enjoyed morning walks along the shore and easy access to all the Sea Colony amenities. The condo itself was impeccably clean and well-maintained, which made us feel right at home. The decor was modern and inviting, creating a perfect atmosphere for relaxing after a long day at the beach. We also had the pleasure of interacting with the host, who was incredibly friendly and attentive. She ensured we had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Overall, this condo offered the perfect blend of comfort and convenience for our beach vacation. We highly recommend it and look forward to returning in the future!
