New downtown Bethany rental!  This 5 bedroom/4.5 bath home can accommodate 12 guests. FANTASTIC classic beach home located in the heart of downtown Bethany Beach just steps from the ocean. This home offers a spacious open floor plan with lots of living space, extra large screened porch and a large top floor deck with southern exposure, views of the ocean and expansive views of one of the widest streets in Bethany, great for viewing the annual 4th of July parade and fireworks. Great house near the beach

This is a great house a pleasant 5 minute walk from the beach along a wide but lovely and quiet street. The house is very clean and has plenty of room and multiple spaces for small groups to hang out. An excellent space for a large family or a gathering.

Good for families

Nicely decorated and equipped house. Very clean. It would be good for 2 families with kids. 2-block walk to the beach was do-able with toddlers. It helped that we brought a foldable cart and beach chairs. Easy walk to the boardwalk and shopping area. Suggest owner add a knife sharpener to the kitchen. There must have been 30 knives, none of which were sharp.

Perfect beach getaway

This is a great place to stay with family and friends. It’s super close to the beach and downtown Bethany. The screened in porch was nice and the Sesame Street toys were an added bonus for the kids. Definitely recommend!

Give me light

The property was clean and generally met the needs of our family of eleven. However,It was basic and somewhat worn and lacking in upkeep. Twelve lightbulbs were burned out. “ TWELVE”. They should have been replaced before we arrived! Also, two blinds were not working properly. It was 5 minutes from the beach and about 5 blocks from the shops and restaurants. This rental was over priced should have been several thousand less. Would not rent again.
