Location, location, location

This property was perfect for us. We were a block from the beach and downtown shops. It had a fenced in yard and was pet friendly. The beds, bedding, towels, and other furniture were great! The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, silverware, and pot and pans.

Really nice

Clean, lovely house. Is perfect for 2 couples with 2 beds with en suite baths. One bedroom is kind of small for 2 adults- not one of the ensuites. Location is brilliant. Close to shops, beach, etc. if you want to park and not drive, it’s ideal!

Great Vacation

Location, location, location! With babies, we loved being able to walk to the beach and down town Bethany in less than 5 minutes. The house was clean and well supplied with sheets, towels, and kitchen items. The only problem that we had was that the front door was difficult to open. Once we figured out to pull the door towards us and use two hands to press down on the handle, it was fine.

Fantastic house and fantastic location!

The house on Campbell Street had everything we needed for three humans and two pups! It made for a very comfortable stay, and we took advantage of all of the spaces. We also loved how close it was to literally everything in the town center -- it's our first time staying this close to everything, and we hope we'll be able to do it again!

Great week at the beach!

Had a great family vacation in Bethany. The home is in an excellent location, which made it very easy for us to get to the beach and the many shops/restaurants in town. Pet friendly home with a nice backyard area for our dog to go outside off leash. Would have appreciated a couple nice-to-have amenities when we arrived (such as dishwashing pods and extra paper towels and trash bags), but beyond that, the home was just as advertised. Great place!

Perfect Place

We loved our holiday getaway to this home! It was modern and well appointed. Well stocked with everything from games to kitchen items and towels and sheets were provided! The location was an easy walk to town and the beach. And most importantly, the home was very clean! We were skeptical since it allowed animals, but everything was spotless. A fantastic stay - thank you!

Great week at the beach!

Terrific house, good layout for our group. Great location, walk to everything in Bethany. One downside was the noise from trash pickup, seemed to be almost every morning (early) and VERY loud. But despite that, I would definitely stay there again. Loved all of the outdoor spaces, 2 screened porches and 2 decks. Easy walk to the beach, even with a 2 year old. Loved the outdoor shower.

The house had a great location. Inside it looked clean but as we stayed through the week, we discovered lots of dust and cobwebs. The second story screened porch has stains from dogs using it as a bathroom and there were pee puddles when we arrived. The fenced yard was nice for my two small dogs but a skunk appeared from under the deck on our last night and sprayed both dogs. Such a mess to deal with. The yard does not get cleaned up often. A big cardboard box was on the deck when we arrived, trash from the last tenant. There were large dog poops left behind in the grass and on the deck. The icemaker did not work and maintenance came and said they could not fix it. We found ants in the kitchen cupboards. The AC worked great, very cold when you need it. Manager responded quickly but did not really address my issues.

Great location!

This is a great house, wonderful location. House could use a good deep clean. Interior window shutters in all rooms were very dusty, shower In downstairs master needs deep cleaning as there is some black mold on the floors. Dishwasher was left full of dishes, so we needed to wash others dishes and empty before being able to use it. Comforters were a little dingy needing a wash. If cleaned better would give 5 stars as this is a great property and location.

Cousins Weekend

The house is in a great location. It was well furnished and the kitchen very well stocked. The fact that it was dog friendly was a plus for us. For the cost compared to the other 2 houses cousins rented our was not as large and could use a few things. No speakers of any kind, no TV's in the upstairs bedroom. No general cable service (so no O's game) for us old folks. We will bring cables next time. Please note there were half full trash cans on arrival and a mattress in the alley that was never picked up.

LOCATION!

This is the perfect home. Pet friendly, large beds for adult children, close to the beach and to town. A little loud in the mornings with deliveries in the alley between you and the stores. Vacasa wasn’t very good with communication. The house wasn’t cleaned well. A bed frame broke on Monday, they were to repair or replace Tuesday, we moved the broken frame to the porch, and it was still there when we left Saturday. We had a question about the sheets and towels that has not yet been answered. GREAT HOME! Poor property manager.

This house is incredibly well located. Steps from the beach, boardwalk and shops. The house had all the needed supplies for our short stay. The television/movie watching was a little tricky, as our streaming services did not always connect via the wifi and the rental does not come with cable.
