“Great Beach view. Aging property. I would stay there again for the location and the view. Courtyard area and lobby area are fantastic. Restaurants on site serve excellent meals. The staff is top notch.”

“I loved the convenience of the check in process. The only problem i had was parking. My friend had to park in a side street and risk being towed. I feel that if I have a room, I should be allowed one guest pass. There were plenty of open spots available.”

“Beautiful property in a very great location. Bach front access . You need a key to enter and exit the main areas which made us feel very safe . Attending staff was very helpful and nice . 10/10 recommend! ”

“This place isn’t super modern, but it was perfect for a little Rockville trip. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and it’s within walking distance of many great restaurants. I’ll definitely be booking again.”

“BED BUGS. Do not stay here. Woke up with bite welts covering both arms. Found and photographed two insects on the sheets as well as blood stains on the lamp shade and cigarette burns in the sheets. I requested a refund through Expedia the property claimed no record of complaints despite my photos. Expedia offered $25 compensation for a $147 stay. Avoid this property.”

“The staff was friendly, however the room was TERRIBLE. The bed sheets have dirty stains. There were 3 dead roaches that I had to BUY a broom and cleaning products to CLEAN the room. 2 days later, there was a LIVE roach that I almost stepped on barefoot. I WOULD NOT recommend to stay here again!”

“Stayed for one night to go to Rockville concert. Run away, I've stayed in questionable motels but this was the absolute worst. We can start with the questionable door locks, the smell in the room, the bugs, the mold in the bathroom. It's not worth the money you're saving ”

“Apartment & location was excellent. The problem was that the temperatures during our stay was extremely cold. The HVAC wasn’t working properly & I couldn’t sleep the first night thinking the heater was going to blow up trying to get the room to an acceptable temperature. It ran for 12 hours straight overnight and only got the room slightly warm. To took another day to get the unit repaired. Thankfully the 2nd night was warm enough to sleep. I would definitely stay here again but would double……
