"Incredible stay to rest and refresh for our first few days in Sydney after a long flight from vancouver. The koala dining right outside our hotel window was the best but after that I can’t choose. "This hotel is in an old converted warehouse, and it is a boutique hotel for a unique stay. The staff was so friendly, and the rooms were very nice: clean, comfortable and included a mini-bar stocked as part of the room price. A few people may be put off by the restaurant which is vegetarian for the breakfast buffet and vegan for dinner. However, there are other dining options very close by on the Woolloomooloo Wharf. "

"Room small but very functional. Not a great view but views from pool/bar area are good. Room not cleaned at all over our 2 night stay. Had to ask multiple times for body wash to be filled in shower. Had to get our shower to use body wash/gand soap bolted to the bathroom vanity. Not ideal. No fresh towels daily. Cafe does decent coffee & nice breakfast. Close to Darling Harbour & China Town. Good location. Used Cinema parking. Easy. Stayed be the pool till early afternoon after check out. "

"The hotel is in a great location. The rooms were really nice. The staff was great. There was construction in the lobby that was affecting being able to enjoy the lobby. I was charged for a full breakfast when the breakfast was not being offered to its fullest capacity due to construction. It made me feel like customer service was lacking and I never sought breakfast at the hotel again. Other than the construction issues and mediocre service during that time the hotel is lovely. "
