"Ideal location for the NEC, resorts world and the NEC Arena. Car park is a fair walk away but there is a bag drop facility to make things easier. Blessed with the usual relaxed Moxy charm."

"check in was pretty easy. room was ok size not so bid, double bed was good with nice mattress but sofa bed for the child was terrible, very very bad condition, even 2 star hotels like travelodge have better then this. location was ideal so beautiful next to the lake. good enough mall next to building opend till late so its good. parking was big so £10 a night is ok to me."

"The staff were fantastic both at reception and within the restaurant area including room service via the bar. Everyone was so helpful and inviting. The shower in the bathroom was excellent. We really enjoyed that but there seemed to be a lack hooks to hang towels in the bathroom. The room size and facilities within the room were great. The hotel was a little bit dated and the pool area had some missing/cracked tiles. Overall we loved it and would stay again. We played chess as well and my daughter loved it."

"The building looks great and was the primary reason to book. After that the review takes a downward turn. We were put in an annexe. I guess not too much of an issue but there was no undercover way off getting to the main hotel and guess we are in the UK so it rained. The room itself was ok apart from burnt marks on the carpet and lights that dont work. The bathroom space was tiny and awkward. But the worst bit was the placement of the towel rail and it being hotter than hell. Yes there was a small sign saying very hot but there was no need for it. After we got burnt by the damn thing, we saw we could turn down the heat. Why have it on the hottest setting!?!? The shower was underpowered. Next was breakfast. Lots of staff milling around like ants doing nothing productive. Luke warm, rubbery cooked breakfast, cheap watery juices, cold coffee. Toaster that you have to pop up yourself (the number of people having burnt toast was unbelievable). Barriers on next were not automatic and you had to ring to get out (why?). Sorry just wasnt impressed at all."
