“Everything was great!!”

“The staff was okay at check in. The girl held a conversation about Wendy’s with another worker an barely made any comments towards me about my stay. Went directly to the room and wanted to wash my hands and 2 out of the 3 hand towels had hair in them. The pillows are awful. The shower had very little water pressure and the shower head was not flush against the wall. We had to turn the ac down to about 66 to even get a little air moving. I’m not sure that we will be back, especially with the hair……

“The people at the hotel were so incredible. I asked one morning about whether the water in the room was complementary or if we had to pay. I think it was the manager of the hotel, not only told me it was complementary, but he went and got me more water. I was really disappointed though, because the pool was not working, and I had no idea when we booked the hotel. ”

“The food was satisfactory, except for the room. There was a hair on the pillow, which appeared to be left from a previous guest. Therefore, the pillowcase should not be changed. Additionally, the air conditioning was excessively loud, making it difficult to sleep. The carpet was not thoroughly cleaned and appeared dusty. ”
