Lovely bathroom with deep freestanding bath and a separate powerful shower. Very comfortable bed. Beautiful meal in The Rib Room. Both hotel and restaurant staff helpful and welcoming."

"The staff are very helpful and friendly and good at their jobs including reception staff, restaurant staff and housekeeping staff. Breakfast is lovely and fresh with lots of choice and staff warm and efficient. Great location as you can walk out onto the Quayside area and the Millenium Bridge. No traffic. View of river. No traffic noise in rooms. Lovely clean rooms with plenty of hot water. Efficient room service."
