“The property is very nice, clean and tidy that makes 100% the same as the pictures. It has all needed utensils and crockery so making dinner after a day. There is also a charcoal BBQ but we did not use. The host couples are very helpful. When we accidently turned off the boiler, they came and checked on us almost immediately. “We were a group of 10 persons, occupied 5 rooms for staying 2 nights. The hotel generally speaking is a good hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms. However, two of the rooms were found problem in water supply for bathing where only hot (very hot) water supply but no cold water for the shower. When asking for repairing service in the late night, the reply was unfavourable. Until the next morning, only one room could be fixed while the other was settled by changing another room for my friends.”

“Street parking or car park close by. Close to shops, bars and restaurants. Room very clean with all you need. “Beautiful place, the family room was perfect. Loads of little touches that the kids loved. Slept really well not a scrap if light through the curtains, all still fast asleep at 9am. Tasty breakfast with plenty of choice. Parking not great as only 6 spaces and really tight but managed to park free on the next side street. Owner/host really friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be back.”

"Rooms were spacious and the staff were kind, but the hotel feels run-down and less than clean. My room was in the basement which only have half windows. The carpets have an odor, housekeeping missed trash removal, the rooms are not well lit and the room itself was very basic. Overall, not the level of Hyatt quality I expected for the price. "
