「Self service check it. The theme of Aurora rooms a a bit scary But I booked family room and it looks like a recently renovated place and it is okay. Clean and tidy, the shared kitchen is lacking lights and a bit dark, the common area is really a gem of this guest house, has the mojo of youth hostel. 」

「We stayed in late Sept 2025 and the hotel was comfortable. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good but food ran out early.」

「We had an awesome 2 days in this wonderful apartment. Best view ever! Very nice, big and bright studio with all the amenities. It was great for our family of 3 (traveling with a 14 years old). 「旅程的中途站。向海房可以看到很多魚船，晚上會亮燈，又有街燈，不是看極光的住宿類型。房間很大，廚房很好用。沒有升降機，自助入住，要搬行李上房。」

「是自助check in 。但問題是有提供茶包和咖啡包，卻找不到「熱水」！房間也沒有熱水快煮壺！打電話也找不到飯店工作人員！留言也等不到任何回應！真的很生氣！後來給我撞見工作人員，問他一問三不知，說他是第一天上班，所以搞不清楚狀況！真是令人哭笑不得！也不知道熱水怎麼燒！ 後來我只好跟他講說請他想辦法給我弄一壺熱水到我房間，最後終於他弄來一壺熱水。 不錯的一點是，早餐還蠻豐盛的，算是彌補了我前一個晚上的不愉快」
