「Probably the best part about this hotel was the staff. From the moment we got the to the moment that we left the staff was amazing and so attentive. Juancho was our server and he was awesome! The beach day beds were comfortable and right in front of the water. Now to the not so good things. There were issues with locking doors. The two rooms we stayed in did not lock properly. (It is safe there though) the toilets do not flush. Some times we had to go to the outside bathrooms and those didn’t...

「The staff was wonderful and the food was excellent. Unfortunately, the room was not what we booked or paid for. After traveling for over 17 hours, our room was not ready upon arrival and was still dirty. We specifically reserved a balcony room, but the room we were given did not have a balcony. Additionally, there was no hot water, and the air conditioning was only available between 7:30 p.m. and 10:00 p.m., which was very uncomfortable.」

「Hay ratas.. "La Negra" como le dicen a la persona responsable del lugar, brilla por su ausencia. Cuando le dijimos que había ratas en la habitacion nos dijo que ella iba a solucionarlo y despues no la vimos mas hasta que nos fuimos. Quisimos tomar algo en el "bar" del lugar y nos dijeron que no tenian nada, que fueramos a otro. Un desastre!!」

Nous avons passé 2 jours dans cet établissement : -Aucun nettoyage dans les chambres ( poulet , plastique....en dessous des lits) -Il faut reclamer pour obtenir de l eau et de l Électricité -le groupe electrogene peut fonctionner jusqu a 4 heure du matin -probleme de communication / ils ont voulu nous faire payer 2x - le petit déjeuner (inclu) n est jamais arrivé Point positif : face a la mer L établissement est toujours en travaux.... 」

「The receptionist spoke no English. The room had no safe. A cockroach was in the room. There was no “Tranquility” at Freedom Beach. Not anything near what was expected. The only quiet time is after 20:00 hours when the crowds which start arriving at 9:00, have gone home. Disappointed. The bathroom was so poor, I couldn’t take a shower or sit on the toilet. 」
