“Winterstoke is a HUGE house with 4 massive double bedrooms and a large twin room. This does not feel like a holiday rental, it feels like a home. I have never stayed in a property that is so well appointed, every detail is covered. The quality of the house is really fantastic and incredibly comfortable. The back garden is lovely with a great area for entertaining, unfortunately it was freezing so we could not make use of it. We had a baby with us and the owner (sheila) had EVERYTHING……

“I recently stayed at Shenandoah House while visiting family nearby, and chose it because it was pet-friendly and had such excellent reviews. I’m so glad I did. From the moment we arrived, we received a genuinely warm welcome from Jim, who immediately made friends with our dog. The room was clean, comfortable and thoughtfully set up. “It's a Premier Inn, so you know what you are getting. The hotel is seconds from the train station and the beach. The staff were superbly helpful and friendly. The breakfast was fantastic. The bar was better than your average hotel bar, bit of a limited draft beer choice. Overall, highly recommended.”
