"Took a long time to check in despite being seen straight away. Room was okay. Very basic and no way to fill up the water bottle. Bathroom had signs of water damage to the door and door surround produce to no proper shower screen. No privacy curtain on the huge window so you either had to change in ..."

"Average hotel and spa overall, room comfort and styling was the best about it. Spa changing rooms unclean, small, stifling hot and pretty grim. Spa area ok but small and busy for so many hotel and outside guests. No dressing gowns given to hotel (only people with treatments) guests which was disappointing. ..."
