“The room is neat and tidy”

“Perfect location to walk to the airport. Had covered walkway to get to the airport. Would definitely stay here again.Clean, convenient, and friendly staff. ”

“This was our second time staying at Treemont. Our requirements for a hotel stay are simple. Clean, comfortable, courteous staff. The newly renovated room was clean, the air and heat excellent, plenty of fresh towels, daily housekeeping, and every single staff member was extremely friendly and made us feel welcome. Renovations continue to this gem of a property and I look forward to our next stay. I can't wait to see this property restored to its former glory. ”

“The stove was broken; the furniture was old and dirty, the house keeper intentionally did not change our sheets and left the pillows so we could see that the sheets weren't changed. ”

“Staff was courteous and allowed us to check in an hour early, which was very nice. However, there were several issues with the room. The bathroom door didn't properly fit and you had to forcefully pull it closed, which was extremely loud to both open and close. Also, the in-room alarm was previously set, which woke my wife up at 3 a.m. and she had to figure out how to turn it off in the middle of the night. But the biggest problem was the smoke alarm, which started doing three-chirps at 4 a.m.……

“Overall a great place to stay, very convenient location if you’re coming and going from the airport. My only concern is I booked throughout a 3rd party, and paid online, once I arrived I was charged again.”

“Stayed 5 days in March. There was no room cleaning. Suppose this could be due to the time of year. The property is good, but certainly not “wonderful “ as described by Expedia. ”
