"Requested adjoining rooms because we were traveling with multiple children and my mother. We were not even given rooms even next to each other. The traffic and street racing was very loud outside at night. "

"Breakfast was good, many options to choose from. Everything was clean and is pet friendly. The tv didn’t work and we didn’t get any solution."

"Checked in and the initial room we were assigned was not cleaned. The room we were reassigned to, had empty soap containers and the air conditioning was abnormally loud. We tried to get soap refilled but front desk staff was unable to get to it and house keeping told us to go to the desk. Left the sign off the door for room service, did not receive service. We have stayed here before, it just seems like the hotel is going downhill."
