I have been dreading writing this review all day because I wanted to love this resort; however, this was basically a dump. It’s a fantastic lobby area but the hotel is basically a mid 1980s apartment complex. Everything from the tiles to the faucets to the bathroom to the exterior of all the buildings ...

Exceeded my expectations, glamping cabins were great, very quiet, staff was helpful and the site layout has alot to offer. They had everything you need. Solo stoves on site with wood. AC in all units, shower, comfortable bed & pillows and 20min outside Fredericksburg.
