The house was very clean and in a great location. Parking however was limited and we were not able to keep our boat on the lift or dock at the house.

Great location!
This our 3rd year booking this property. We really enjoy the location for fishing around Pine Island. The house has a fresh coat of pain & some updates this year which was nice. The only negative is that the boat lift was off limits this year due to storm damage, however, this happened after we booked (as we booked about 8 months out).

Stay was wonderful. House was great close to where we go out in our boat. just would have like to known we needed to supply toliet paper, garbage bags & paper towels. Was not a deal breaker in fact tried to get for thanksgiving but wasn't available. hopefully next July. Jeni8

April fishing getaway
The property was great. Plenty of room, clean & modern. Could use a few more items in the kitchen, but the property was enjoyed by all. However, even though the listing mentions a dock, and I was assured during my correspondence through VRBO with somebody at the property management company that there was a dock, there was no dock. Luckily a neighbor allowed me to keep my boat on their dock, otherwise I’m not sure what I would have done.

Nice will be back
Very clean house located on a canal with pool and hot tub. The boat parking isn't the best, only a lift and nowhere to tie a boat unless it is on the lift. Also, the canopy has pieces hanging down that need to be removed. The fish cleaning station is not far from falling in the water. The boat lift needs some work and adjusted. Need bigger trash cans but other than the things listed above it was an overall great house and we will be back.
