“Loved everything about the property so perfect for what we wanted. The hosts went over and above to welcome us. Little extras like milk, breakfast cereals and snacks were a lovely extra too. Would defo recommend to anyone wanting a lovely break in ascot.”

The space around the cottage is private with glorious views towards the South Downs. The location offers peace and quiet and within easy reach of the picturesque towns of Petworth and Midhurst.”

“Although we enjoyed our stay at the Dairy it should not be advertised as 4 guests in one bedroom there is only one double bed and this was disappointing. The traffic was very noisy and the road was too dangerous for walking. ”

“We were expecting to stay in a 1 bedroom cottage not a room There was no kitchen just a cupboard with a sink and a microwave so no room to be able to cook There was no bed as such just a futon because the room was so small we had to put it together and collapse it every day I was glad to come home”

“No Parking close by to drop off luggage. Treacherous, steep downhill path through a park to take several heavy suitcases. Incredibly poor communication from the property, who in the first instance did not respond for over a week to our request for an early check in. e repeatedly asked host for check in details,and we eventually got them on the day of check in only 15 minutes before scheduled (normal) check in time, at which time we were already at the weddding of my daughter, having travelled……
