Upon arrival the staff were kind and attentive. The room was beautiful and clean. The pool was nice and relaxing. Absolutely recommend this plans and will definitely stay here again.

Staying there give me peaceful mind as it has easy asset to minuteman trail , staffs are freindly and helpful, room are big enough to accommodate big dog and venue has enough outside space to take care of dog . Overall , so pleased with my stay and continue to stay there when I am in that area .

Visited for the BTS concert and WOW! The staff were very helpful when asked about navigating the transit system and best spots to visit. Great room as well! Very clean and cozy. Definitely recommend.

It’s a great place and ideally located. Clean with great amenities but it’s slipped a bit since Marriott bought it. No housekeeping came to my room and the refrigerator was warm. Other than that, great place.

This is a nice, conveniently located, fresh, new property. When you walk in, you think - I chose wisely, this will be money well spent. And then you peek behind the curtains, and discover that this property is barely functional as a hospitality business. I checked in, and went to my room. I wanted to clean up and take a nap after a grueling travel day. Five minutes in, I discover the hard way that the toilet was broken, and nobody was available to come fix it for several hours. The next morning, I requested the room to be straightened, in part to clear the smell. Clerk said the property only does that "every other day" - despite the policy clearly stating that service can be requested on demand. I asked the front desk clerk to take care of it. She ignored me - the room was untouched. I tried to log in to the complimentary WiFi to work. Marriott requires you to sign up for their "Bonvoy" perks program to access the WiFi. So, it's not really free unless you agree to submit to their marketing. Obnoxious, but fine, I tried to do that. But the Bonvoy system was down and could not complete my submission. Rather than help me, the front desk clerk replied that his "life was hell" right now because of how busy he was, and could I please figure out some other way to get online..there was nothing else he could do to help me. A fine property will never hide completely abysmal customer service. On that, this Marriott gets an F. I won't be visiting again.

A Loft is a nice hotel. It has outdoor space to sit and relax, as well as indoor space. The rooms are clean are roomy. I only stayed one night, but enjoyed my stay.
