Come stay in this spacious 4 bedroom 2 bath Victorian style home. Full Kitchen w/ Modern Appliances ,work space & High-Speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV, & Memory Foam Beds. The unit is accessible by self-check-in via our smart lock system. Property is located about 15 minutes to downtown Boston. 15 minutes to Fenway , 20 minutes from the Logan Airport, 20 minutes to the Encore Casino, and Public transportation via bus and train which leads to all points in Greater Boston is 1 minute away from the house.

Spacious, clean, and comfortable. Easy to get Ubers. Prompt communication from host. Somewhat loud neighborhood. With traffic seemed farther from the touristy areas than expected. Door dash could take 1-2 hours to get an order even though just a few miles away. Double check with host about door codes before arriving. Vrbo had wrong info.

Good for the money

Boston is expensive so while this place is a little farther from the sights, price is lower and it was very clean. Owner provided extras - plenty of towels, cleaning supplies, paper goods (not just the typical “starter pack”) Be prepared for steps - up to the porch, more steps to get to the unit, and then unit itself is two floors. One neighboring yard was a little loud on the weekend (summer, music going in backyard but not many people) but that may have been a one-off.

Aucun couteau de cuisine , seulement 4 couteau à beurre . Aucun linge à vaisselle. Pour la porte à combinaison , elle s’ouvrait seule . Avons entendu coup de fusil durant la soirée et la nuit . Bref , nous n’avons pas dormi de la nuit . Nous avons dû quitter après 1 nuit, pour une réservation de 2 nuits

Nice stay in Boston

The 5 of us had plenty of room at this house for our 4-night stay. The kitchen and bathroom on the first floor of the place was nice. The bathroom upstairs is small and can leak if the shower head isn’t pushed to the wall. It’s an old house with lots of character. It takes about 25 minutes to get into Boston from this neighborhood.

The owner of the property did an excellent job of rehabbing this property. It is comfortable and all amenities are new. There are stairs, lots of them!

Just as listed

The bedrooms are all a good size. Properly was clean and well stocked. Communication with owner was fantastic. Only down side is the street. If you have only 1 car you wont have a problem. Other car needs to be on street. Which he states clearly in the description. Road is a 2 way street with cars parked on each side. Other than that it was great. Markets near by and fast food places including dunkin if you like
