「Unable to stay at this property as host unavailable to give check in information. Multiple attempts to contact host by myself and Vrbo team were unsuccessful leading to the booking being cancelled on day of departure. Would not recommend booking with this host. Very thankful for Vrbo customer support who aided us to find alternative accomodation. 」

「This apartment worked out great for our family trip! 5 minute walk to the closest tube station, washing machine (no dryer) with outdoor patio to dry clothes. Because it is located on the ground floor- it was nice and cool during an unusual heat wave for London! Steve was very responsive and tried hard to accommodate all of our needs/requests- even letting us arrive early so we could store our bags! All in all a great stay!」
