Welcome to Seabreeze Cottage!
Seabreeze is a newly restored "old-Florida" cottage with living room, full kitchen, full bath and laundry on the first floor. Upstairs in main cottage is a king bed suite with ensuite bath and private balcony. It also has a small futon bed perfect for a child or teen. Just across the deck is a separate, private guest suite with queen bed and ensuite bath. The view from the rooftop deck is out of this world with bay and ocean views - perfect for morning coffee or a sunset drink. The courtyard has al fresco dining, BBQ and a refreshing hot/cold outdoor shower for after the beach or for our "4-legged" guests.
Our fees include everything other than state mandated resort tax (12%) or our per stay pet fee ($150). So your nightly fee INCLUDES cleaning, linens, private use of ALL of the property - everything!

We include AC/Heat, high-speed WiFi, HD TV, games, bikes, beach chairs, bar-b-que, umbrellas, coolers, fishing rods and much, much more.
Located just 1 street north of historic Bridge Street in Bradenton Beach, we are 60 yards from the beach or bay - convenient to everything including cute shops, great restaurants, free beach trolley transportation.
Like to cook? We provide everything you need for that gourmet seafood meal (yes, the fish market is close by), including a convention oven and smooth-top stove. Even a blender for that frozen cocktail to enjoy on the roof deck.
Love the beach? We have beach towels, a range of coolers to choose from, plenty of chairs, umbrellas, even beach games! And, yes, we have a beach cart to make getting to the beach - which is just 60 yards away - super easy.
Love an outdoor restaurant or live music? You have over 10 options within 5 blocks! But, the cottage is super quiet even with all the nearby activity.
Is there a foodie in your group? While Anna Maria has some great restaurants - we are just 20 minutes from Sarasota and St. Armands Circle which is a foodies dream! There are tons of terrific restaurants plus world class opera, museums, and theater. And if that isn't enough - there are tons of cultural and dining options in St. Petersburg or Tampa - just an hour or so away.
Like Shopping? There are some wonderful options on the island filled with unique things from local artists, but University Town Center, about 20 minutes away, in Sarasota has every store you can imagine (and more). Outlet shopping is nearby as well, about 30 minutes away in Ellenton.
Seabreeze is awesome for artists! We've hosted many artists that enjoy the privacy, quiet and convenience to write that story, rehearse that part, or paint and photograph the natural beauty of Anna Maria.
Like water sports? Seabreeze has a HUGE garage and deep off-street parking. Bring the boat, kayaks, or paddleboards! Renting a golf cart while on the island? We have 2x15amp service in the garage to recharge - which can work with your EV, too!
