「The room was excellent and the staff were all lovely. We had dinner the first evening but somehow our order got 'lost' and we waited an hour for the food from ordering. Meanwhile, meals were being brought out for diners around us. No one seemed to notice that we were waiting and waiting..... However, the staff were very apologetic, the food was delicious (when it finally arrived) and we were not charged for it in the end. Overall, a great place to stay- and eat- and we would recommend.」
