“The room was an accessible room - as it happed, and the bathroom was a little bit tired. Staff was nice & helpful.”

“Terrific clean and convenient hotel close to beautiful Dillon Lake and walking/biking path. Rooms were spacious with full kitchens and terrific shower and bath products. Friendly staff and good variety at breakfast buffet. You can also rent boats by the nearby marina, and the adjacent amphitheater appears to get quality performances.”

“I LOVED this property!! It was so beautiful!! The staff were very accommodating and helpful. The room was spacious and had all the amenities! My husband and I experienced elevation sickness while staying here and decided to stay in for dinner. We didn't know if we could expect much from a somewhat limited menu, but we were pleasantly surprised with the BEST salad I had on the trip and we enjoyed the pizza as well. The bed was very comfortable and the view from our balcony was awesome! We enjoyed……

“This was a very funky hotel billed as a bed and breakfast. The property is well over 100 years old and clearly has some deferred maintenance issues, but it was so cool and funky. I would go back in a heartbeat. I’m sure the staff is really good but when I showed up there, the door was locked there was nobody at the desk. Nobody responded to my ringing the bell and nobody answered the phone, so at that point as I was getting really frustrated. I looked down and saw an envelope with my name on it……

“It's a well maintained budget motel that is in the heart of Frisco. Staff was kind and everything was great! There's no a/c but it's manageable in a mountain town and everything works well, is clean, and I'll definitely stay again! It's a good spot to rest when the priority is being outside enjoying the best that the Colorado outdoors has to offer!”

“It has nice view to the forest and you would be able to see the sunrise in the morning which is beautiful. The outdoor hot tub is supposed to be closed at 10pm, but people are still using it and making noises at night. We told the front desk about it, but they said the whole deck area is a common area, they couldn't do anything about it. This's weird that they have a rule to close the pool at 10pm but no one is forcing it.”

“As historical hotels go, the Delaware was unique. We found the floors were very uneven, and the stairway was extremely steep. An elevator would be nice. The carpet in the bedroom bedroom was a little worn and we found a few rocks on the floor. Parking was relatively convenient. Overall good but needs work. The staff was excellent.”
