Quick Extended Weekend Ski trip

This was a great location and property. Easy access with a short walk to the lift and a short walk to Main Street for restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location for family ski vacation

Highly recommend the property for family with kids. Proximity to Snowflake lift was great and ability to ski right back to the condo. We also enjoyed the walkability to downtown. Upstairs sleeping is great for kids although I wouldn't suggest this location for 6 adults staying there due to low ceilings on the upstairs two beds.

Beautiful summer getaway

Our family stayed here during our summer vacation in Colorado. We loved the convenient access to Main Street, hiking trails and the gondola. Would definitely recommend it and stay on the property again.

close to snowflake

The location was great, a little under 200 ft walking to Snowflake, right on the yellow line for the bus....can ski in if you are paying attention:) Kitchen is well stocked with an air fryer, blender, insta-pot. If you love a hot tub soak, read the fine print as I didn't and the hot tub is not on premises - it is a 6 min walk. Overall suitable for our family.

Family Stay at Four O’clock Lodge in Breckenridge

The property was just right for our family. Our college-aged kids enjoyed staying upstairs in the loft area. It was a nice, short walk to the Main Street area as well as several hiking/biking trails. Enjoyed our stay.

Great place in a Good Location

The property is homey and comfortable and responses to questions were handled quickly, even when a little work needed to be completed. The host was able to provide quick solutions and answers when needed. We loved the sound of the flowing water during our stay, which helped us to sleep at night.

Very nice condo

We enjoyed our stay very much. Wish we had known it was third floor, which was a challenge for a couple of octogenarian flatlanders! Once we worked our logistics, it was great. Great location! We especially enjoyed how quiet it was except for the welcome sound of the lovely stream below our bedroom window.

Great Location

The apartment is in a fabulous location. Very close to the Snowflake Lift and also a great ski hire place where you can also leave your skis. Great for a family of 4 and also a very easy walk down to the Main Street. All in all would recommend.

Great Location and Clean Layout

This place is an easy walk up from downtown Breck; which made a stroll to grab breakfast or a drink very enjoyable. We really enjoyed the bubbling stream outside of the building which sounded lovely when the windows were open. The space itself was perfect for my wife and I; we had a 2nd bathroom when we needed it and plenty of kitchen space to cook and eat in.

Great place!

Great condo, perfectly located. The teenagers loved the beds, bathroom and privacy up in the loft. Great kitchen, great to have a mudroom/entrance area for skis & boards. Snowflake lift is literally a 3 minute walk and you can ski directly back to the property on the 4 o’clock run. Ideal. Plus downtown is an easy walk. Great place. I hope we can stay again.

We had a great stay at this property. The location is ideal for skiing and walking into town. Being on the 3rd floor could be a challenge for some but it’s manageable. The condo was clean and comfortable. We had a bit of confusion with check in, but we worked it all out. Would stay again.

Great Location for a Family Ski Trip

Our second family spring break at this location. A great spot for hitting the slopes (true ski in and ~100 yard walk to the Snowflake lift) with easy walking access to town. My only constructive criticism would be that the master bedroom mattress needs to be replaced. I slept in a trough:)

Summer Adventure

We really appreciated the location of our town home being in Breckenridge. There were many trails we could get to with ease which is why we chose this property. It was a clean, warm and cozy place to return to after a fun day of hiking and exploring. In the evening we were in walking distance of many restaurants and shopping. Loved it!
