NEW listing in perfect location for those who want to be close to the lifts and close to town. Walk to the chairlifts, walk to restaurants, and walk to shops. Directly across the street from the rear side of Charter Sports at Main Street Station on Peak 9. Pick up your gear with a 30% discount, cross the bridge at Maggie Pond and be on the chairlift just minutes after finishing breakfast.
This unique condo has so much character and charm. It's new owners hired a local Superhost to bring the very best in care and service to you, our valued guests. Snodallion #21 offers garage parking, minimal walking from car to door, brand new TVs, a full-size washer/dryer, ski locker, high quality linens, and thoughtful touches throughout for your comfort. A second vanity with sink is in the Queen bedroom. HEATED POOL and three hot tubs are a short walk away, shared with other units in the complex.
Warm up at the end of your ski day with the flip of a switch by the gas fireplace or in the shared Columbine hot tubs and heated pool. A drink-prep station complete with mini fridge and coffee station free up space in the beautifully updated kitchen. We've got the little details that make a big difference covered like bedside chargers, plentiful guest supplies, (detergents, paper goods, etc) and thorough instructions for visitors new to Breckenridge. You will feel like you are being hosted by a local friend.
This special corner unit is very bright and light with a lot of windows. The front door is easily reached up a half flight of stairs from the parking area a very short distance away. A mini mud room is just inside the front door for coats and boots. The Queen bedroom with vanity, washer/dryer is across the hall from the bathroom with combination tub/shower. A second King bed sits on the opposite end of the condo in its own corner with space for clothing and luggage. NOT SHOWN IN PHOTOS: Drape off the King bed from the rest of the home with a new floor-to-ceiling heavy curtain to provide privacy for groups with two couples or children.
THE TINY COMPANY DIFFERENCE: Breck Mountain Rentals is a very small company offering big customer service, locally-owned and operated here in Breckenridge, CO. Your calls/texts are answered immediately 9am-9pm and 24 hours for emergencies. Our inventory is limited to a select number of properties only in the Breckenridge core so that we are able to provide meticulous attention to detail, for happy homes and happy guests. All Breck Mountain Rental properties are meticulously maintained and well stocked with full-sized and/or ample guest supplies, an informative welcome binder and a shopping bag.
