"The hotel situated in a good location, walking distance to castle, museum, local bars and town. Definitely go for the room with the jacuzzi you will not be disappointed. The front desk staff were very helpful and knowledgeable..Breakfast was fine. I will definitely stay here again when back in the Brescia area. "No one there to let you in or give you the three different codes to get into room Called phone number and got some non English speaker telling me to go down the street to a taxi stand. I did that and then heard someone yell my name. Limbed up two floors to s different hotel desk he gave me the codes. If I had arrived after dark this would have been impossible. "

"Staff were very good. We were a party of 65 people and everything went smoothly. Manageress was most helpful in dealing with such a large group. All rooms sorted before we arrived and only charged for the breakfasts consumed. Would use Star hotels again."
